- एक आयताकार संदूक का आयतन ज्ञात कीजिए जिसके आसन्न फलकों के क्षेत्रफल क्रमशः 50 वर्ग मीटर, 30 वर्ग मीटर तथा 20 वर्ग मीटर हो । Find the volume of rectangular box whose three faces area are 50 m2, 30 m2 and 20 m2 Ans:- 173.2 m3
- एक आयताकार ठोस की लम्बाई, चौड़ाई तथा ऊँचाई क्रमशः 4 : 3 : 2 के अनुपात में है । यदि ठोस का आयतन 1536 घन मीटर हो तो इसकी लम्बाई, चौड़ाई तथा ऊँचाई बताइए । The length, breadth and height of a cuboid are in the ratio 4:3:2. If its volume is 1536 cm3. Find its dimensions. Ans:- 16 m,12 m,8 m

It it is open at the top. Determine the cost of iron sheet, at the rate of Rs. 2.50 per meter, if the sheet is 4 m wide. Ans:- Rs. 281.25
- एक जलाशय घनाभ का आकार का है इसकी लम्बाई 20 मी. है यदि जलाशय में से 18 किलो. लीटर पानी निकाल लिया जाए तो पानी का स्तर 15 सें. मी. नीचे चला जाता है जलाशय की चौड़ाई ज्ञात कीजिए । (1 किलो लीटर = 1 घन मीटर ) A reservoir is in the form of a rectangular parallel piped (cuboid).
